You can contact us on our email: [email protected] at any time to request access to the information that Sumo Rubber has about you, correct any information (if you can’t do so yourself in your Account section), or delete the information Sumo Rubber has about you.
Information we process under contractual obligation:When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and telephone number. We need your contact details in order to process your order and ensure it gets to you safely and securely.
We will also send you a confirmation email with updates on your order and with the tracking details of your shipment.
Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you either via email or the given phone number. Your phone number together with any delivery instructions might also be passed onto the courier services should you choose “courier” delivery, as they might need to contact you prior to their arrival.
If you are based in the EU and you have ordered goods below £130, we also need to provide your personal details to Taxamo. Taxamo acts as our intermediary, providing the IOSS solution and collecting all the required VAT for each country of the European Union. This allows us to dispatch your order without incurring any additional customs charges and fees. An invoice provided by Taxamo will be attached to your parcel. Eventhough this invoice says that Taxamo is the seller, your Money-back guarantee or product warranty still lies with Sumo Rubber and all enquiries and issues should be addressed to us.
We also use an automated email marketing software provided by Klaviyo that enables us to send reminders to abandoned carts, thank you messages after you placed an order or small "stay in touch" emails in the future. You can unsubscribe from these at anytime.
As a final step of our order, we ask all our customers for Feedback. We use TrustPilot as a platform to request and evaluate customer feedback and thus provide them with our customers email address. This email address is solemnly used to generate the feedback request only. You can unsubscribe from these emails either directly with TrustPilot or by emailing us on [email protected]
Information we process with your consent:When you contact us, whether by telephone, through our website or by e-mail, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need. We keep your name and email address to be able to track our communications with you to provide a high quality service.
